Quickly after my posting on Thumbtack, Colten reached out to me to identify my specific needs, schedule a time for the service, and followed with an email confirmation. Prior to the day of the service, I had a couple questions about pricing and additional services which I left with the answering service. Colten called within mins of my call to address these. When he arrived, he was professional, courteous and thorough. He explained the process and what I could expect. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely refer others to Firehouse Pest Control. I am glad to have found them for future services. We’ve been using them for a year ,although we are near a wash area with high activity of pests and we have a pool, we feel like they’ve been great at keeping pests and therefore scorpions at bay. We moved to AZ from the Midwest and was terrified but so glad we used them right away as we certainly see more dead scorpions than alive now. Everyone we’ve met has been very nice and we appreciate the great customer service especially when we have them come back if there’s an uptick. Michael is very knowledgeable anytime he comes to spray and focuses on any area of concern but everyone has been great. They even sent us a kind gesture for a referral. We will continue referring them simply because they’ve been great. All in all we have been pleased thus far! ~ Jasmine M

I was pretty hesitant about switching pest control companies — you never know what you’re going to get. But wow, Fire House Pest Control absolutely exceeded my expectations. We moved to AZ a few years ago and scorpions were my biggest fear. We started with a different pest control company and could never seem to keep scorpions out of the house. With research and seeing what pest control companies others have recommended, we landed on Firehouse Pest Control. Every single employee we have encountered from this company has been super kind and professional but we absolutely love our new tech, Andrew! He has been very attentive and extra helpful when we have had special concerns such as neighbors we back up to not caring for their yard properly. This summer we have not found even one scorpion in the house whereas last year we would find 3-5 in the house every month. I find earwigs every now and then and sometimes spiders still but the occurrence is less and less. I’d take those over scorpions any day!! ~ Amy O

Firehouse came highly recommended from a local Facebook group. I have been using them exclusively since early 2022. My son was 9 months old at the time, starting to crawl, & we found a scorpion on the floor in his playroom. Since then, we have had 0 scorpions inside. We have only had a few scorpions outside, most of them dead. They spray monthly & treat us like family everytime they are here. In fact, when we had our 2nd baby, we received a handwritten card in the mail with a small gift. You will not be disappointed with their service or their quality! I truly appreciated how responsive and transparent this company is. I didn’t have to wait around all day for a tech to show up, I knew exactly when they were coming (through their alert messages) and they showed up exactly on time! Friendly and trustworthy staff as well. Drew showed up, heard my attention points and executed his craft in a professional and timely manner! What put this service over the top for me, was the care the tech took. I have a lot of chairs, coolers, trash cans, etc in the backyard and garage. As opposed to just spraying around those objects, Drew took the time to maneuver them so that he could apply the spray where it needed to go and put the objects back where they were originally. ~ Colby S

We moved into our home 5 years ago and our backyard was infested with scorpions! They were everywhere, even crawling on our pool deck and rock slide. We initially used another company but still continued to have issues with scorpions. Firehouse Pest Control Services was recommended by a friend so we gave them a call. Colten and his team were able to treat the scorpions so we’re able to enjoy our outdoor spaces without creepy creatures crawling around on the pool deck and block walls. They are reliable, effective and competitively priced. If we see any activity between services, they come right out and the problem goes away. I can’t say enough good things about the team. LOL hoping today is the first start of a wonderful relationship. I was looking for a new exterminator, happen to come across Firehouse Pest on my Face Book page. I checked out the website and called to set up an interview with them. Drew D. came to my house, very put together, friendly and informative about the company. After reviewing all the information I decided to go with them with a request that I always have the same person, Drew who would be servicing my home along with morning appointments only. Today was our first spray. He came right on time if not a little earlier which was great for me. He did a great job, sprayed inside and out without missing any areas. He is very friendly all while being very efficient. I feel good about this company so far and with their employees and it was a good decision to choose them. ~ MCK

I found termites in my house and freaked out!! So I requested recommendations on Facebook and thats how I found firehouse. They came out within 2 days and gave me a great price compared to the other companies I spoke with. The service guy that came out Michael Sasate was great, he went above and beyond to do a very thorough job and cleaned up everything. There was even a few things in the way and he very neatly moved them and I really appreciate that because it was less work I had to do to prepare. Sometimes the simplest things in life and business like being professional, courteous, and showing up on time are overlooked these days. Not by Firehouse! These guys get it! And they do a great job inside and outside as well. They offer customized solutions to meet your needs rather than some 1 size fits all attempt. Lastly, my wife and I loved that they support first responders with some of their profits and when we met them at a home show we could tell we weren't getting some sales pitch. Firehouse was highly recommended but I was too worried about having to switch to another Pest Control Service. Finally, we were fed up and made the switch. Wow, am I glad we did!!!! Since switching over we've seen less indoor pests and less mosquitos. We previously had a huge ongoing issue with Wasps. We explained the problem to the tech at Firehouse at our initial appointment. He did a thorough sweep of the perimeter and made sure that every inch was cleared. Since then, EVERY service appointment, they make sure to ask if we're seeing anything, can anything be done better, etc. The level of service is unmatched. Firehouse Pest Control Services have been wonderful in helping us . Riley Bowen was very professional, patient and courteous. He arrived in the time frame that was given to us. He was happy to provide the agreed upon estimated termite treatment. We asked that we see various stages of his work so that we felt comfortable with the treatment. He was absolutely fine with that. The only thing that was a downside ( and minor ) was the graphics that were sent in the emails for me to print off. They looked pretty- but wasted ink when printed. We just had our first appointment with Firehouse Pest Control and I’m already impressed. We’ve been finding scorpions the last few weeks in our new home so we looked on Facebook for local companies and Firehouse Pest Control’s reviews in my local Facebook groups speak for themselves!! First of all, the day we scheduled our free consultation, they sent us a box of Crumbl cookies. Like what?!! That was a great touch. Riley came this afternoon to give me a quote, and we signed up on the spot and had our first spray. He was sooo nice, very thorough, explained everything very well, was so kind to my kids and dog. As a first time costumer I reached out to Firehouse Pest Control out of desperation and fear. I had just moved into a new rental property where we found scorpions inside the home, in shear panic for safety of my family is the reason why I called them. Not only was Melissa extremely friendly and understanding of my situation she immediately was able to send me someone the very next day. Riley our pest control was amazing, friendly, and extremely professional. He did an amazing job fumigating the outside perimeter of the house and the inside of the house. I have been using fire house for a couple years and they are nothing short of awesome. I recommend them to just about everybody that I come across. Every time they are scheduled to come to my property I get a reminder text and then a text when they are on the way. Every one of their service providers have been more than professional. They keep the bugs down at my house. I haven’t seen one scorpion since they have taken over our pest control. Thank you Firehouse for the phenomenal service! Colten and Michael are the reason I chose this company for our termite needs. We found faint termite tubes in our home, not sure if they were active, so we called Firehouse to schedule a free consultation for treatment. Michael came to give me a bid and he was great and informative! I felt I had a ton of questions and he was super cool and patient with me. Communication was top notch from start to finish! They accommodated my schedule for consultation and further servicing. Pricing was fair and reasonable! Jonah was my tech that performed the treatment and he was AWESOME! I have had multiple treatments done over the last year, and each time I am blown away by the results. Without fail a couple days after each treatment I have always found dead bugs outside the perimeter and stopped all bugs we were having inside. We had an endless amount of crickets inside, along with the occasional spiders, and they completely Disappeared. On top of that, they are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. These guys...I don't have enough adjectives to describe how simply awesome they are. We had bugs. Bad ones. Devastating ones. We were freaked out about what to do and how to handle this situation, and they walked us through the whole process and the follow up. Never once did they make is feel like our concerns weren't valid, and answered, I'm sure, probably 100 stupid questions. But they got us through, unscathed. We love how reliable this company is and they always get the job done. A huge draw for us was their excellent communication - they will provide updates via text with appointment reminders, estimated arrival times, when they’re on the way and a link where you can even track their location!! Michael is extremely knowledgeable and usually services us but Kristen was our tech this week and she did a fantastic job as well! Impressed and appreciative of Cullen and all the techs at Firehouse. I consistently receive communication as reminder of my appointment the day before and on the day of , ETA provided is always met. Once here, Cullen checked in, asked how things are going, confirmed where I wanted him to spray and off he went like a ninja in the night. Quick, efficient, and unobtrusive. Best of all, he was kind to my dog as he followed him around. He made sure he didn’t escape as he entered and left my house and overall exceeded my expectations.
