We’ve been using them for a year ,although we are near a wash area with high activity of pests and we have a pool, we feel like they’ve been great at keeping pests and therefore scorpions at bay. We moved to AZ from the Midwest and was terrified but so glad we used them right away as we certainly see more dead scorpions than alive now. Everyone we’ve met has been very nice and we appreciate the great customer service especially when we have them come back if there’s an uptick. Michael is very knowledgeable anytime he comes to spray and focuses on any area of concern but everyone has been great. They even sent us a kind gesture for a referral. We will continue referring them simply because they’ve been great. All in all we have been pleased thus far! ~ Jasmine M

Quickly after my posting on Thumbtack, Colten reached out to me to identify my specific needs, schedule a time for the service, and followed with an email confirmation. Prior to the day of the service, I had a couple questions about pricing and additional services which I left with the answering service. Colten called within mins of my call to address these. When he arrived, he was professional, courteous and thorough. He explained the process and what I could expect. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely refer others to Firehouse Pest Control. I am glad to have found them for future services.
